- The mother of a 17 year old diagnosed Autistic with severe Developmental Delay comments:
- "There were 4 major steps in our daughter's transformation from 'retarded' to 'gifted'. (1) Facilitated communication told us who she was (2) auditory training removed a lot of distress and made her comfortable in the world, (3) proper medication eliminated invisible seizures, and (4) HANDLE showed us where she was blocked developmentally and helped her break down the barricades to progress. A year and one-half later she continues to progress at a steady rate, but the first few months of HANDLE exercises led to phenomenal progress! You could see her changing and improving day by day, almost hour by hour. It was (and is) so exciting!"

- The father of a 9 year old who was referred to us with Autism, Developmental Delay, and Attention Deficit Disorder prefers to maintain confidentiality as he shares:
- "Since beginning the HANDLE treatment techniques 5 months ago, we have seen improvements in our son's attention span, reading comprehension, and depth perception."
(If you are concerned about similar issues, the father will allow us to share his phone number with you.)- We hear from the primary caregiver of an Autistic, Developmentally Delayed child (with Conduct Disorders, Attention Deficit, specific Language Dysfunction, problems with Visual-Motor and Auditory tasks) who was 8 years 9 months when see at HANDLE:
- "The exercise program from HANDLE has made a huge difference with my 9 year old chromosome damaged child. Last year his teacher's goal was that he not drool on himself. This year, after the exercises, they are working him into a normal 1st grade classroom."
~ A. Marici- The grandmother of an 8 year old diagnosed since the age of 18 months as severely Autistic and Developmentally Delayed, who has been mainstreamed in a regular classroom since kindergarten says:
- "After Christmas vacation my grandson's kindergarten teacher, teacher's aide, and therapists asked me 'What happened over vacation? H. is much more involved in the classroom, more attentive, more sociable, and has better concentration.' I tried to think of what had happened - the only thing different was that Judy [HANDLE] had changed his exercises."
~ C. Hunsinger- The mother of a 16 year old with Developmental Delay states:
- "We brought our daughter to HANDLE because we were concerned with her lack of organizational skills and her reading, as well as some motor skill problems. When reading aloud, she lost her place and seemed not to pay attention to the text. She had been diagnosed as Developmentally Delayed, and everything she did was in slow motion: she spoke slowly, she moved slowly.
All of that is changing, and in only two months. Her reading problem is gone. She moves and talks faster. Her grades have all come up (she is getting A's and B's). Before she would fail classes because she would not do the homework. Now she does it all. She still has some trouble getting it turned in, but is doing much better in that, too.
On her own initiative, she is doing her laundry, cleaning my cupboards and refrigerator - this is a girl who never organized anything before. Now she is helpful in a way that she never was before."
